Arena REIT disclosed the entry into voluntary administration following notifications about the condition of the childcare group arrived.
Advisory firm KordaMentha was chosen as administrator for Edge Early Learning. Administrators have begun oversee the running and financial situation of the childcare provider. Arena REIT No 1 was given formal notice about the process. The entry into administration leaves 70 childcare centres facing uncertainty while KordaMentha manages the process.
