LeBron James finalized a $8 million contract to play for the Philadelphia 76ers. He passed on offers coming out of Cleveland and Miami. James will play his first game for his NBA season shortly. ESPN and Sportsnet note he will become the longest-tenured player still in the league when the deal is official. The switch puts James with a new-look roster looking for experience before games start.
