In Piddington village, residents organised a referendum and voted to leave the UK over an asylum centre. Lisa Nandy responded to the vote. She said the government will hear from the residents and take their views on board.

The government announced additional 42 Young Futures Hubs across England. These hubs assist young people with life's challenges and offer guidance. Four hubs will be in Greater Manchester, following a pilot locally. New hubs are expected for Lancashire, Blackpool, and the North East under the expansion plan.
