The report also claims violations of public trust by former mayor Sam Katz and the former chief administrative officer, who did not possess a moral compass. Meanwhile, the Winnipeg Jets are waiting for updates on the suspension of goalie Connor Hellebuyck, with a potential return this week. Additionally, a collision north of Winnipeg resulted in one fatality and one injury.
