Clocks in the UK are scheduled to shift forward by one hour soon. This will result in trains being an hour late and certain employees to put in an additional hour. Experts claim this change will not save significant energy, disproving the myth that it does. The change will happen during the switch from the third to the second nights, and daylight saving time will be made permanent, ending the need for future adjustments.
