Ukrainian President Zelenskyy awarded Elon Musk Ukraine's Order of Freedom for providing Starlink. Ukraine bestowed the high state honour to Musk as it requests permission to use the satellite internet service on a larger scale. The presentation of Ukraine's Order of Freedom acknowledges Musk's contributions to Starlink while Ukraine works to get approval to use the service further.
