The tactical first-person shooter, WARDOGS, has officially entered Steam Early Access. The game made a powerful debut, selling an impressive one million copies on its launch day. Beyond Steam, the title is also accessible through the GeForce Now streaming service.
Alongside this PC release, the development team has confirmed plans for console versions. Versions for both Xbox and PlayStation 5 are in the works. The Xbox edition is specifically slated to arrive in 2028. A release window for the PlayStation 5 version has not yet been specified.
At launch, the game is offering large-scale multiplayer battles. It supports matches with up to 100 players. This early access period has not been entirely without technical issues, however. Some users have reported experiencing errors on the Steam platform. Various workarounds and suggested fixes are currently being shared by the community.
For now, WARDOGS is available on PC. Players can jump in through either Steam or GeForce Now. The console news arrives right alongside this initial early access rollout.
